The dining area holds an array of tables, that represent each unique coral atoll of the 22 geographic atolls of the Maldives, with woven seats of the traditional Thundu Kunaa, the Maldivian handmade woven designs.

THODDU KARAA SATANI
Watermelon salad, tossed in garden tomato vinaigrette, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, and sea almond, beetroot and coconut combination.
MASBURI
Maldivian tuna marinated with Kalhuodi special spice paste and grilled to perfection. This dish is served with snake gourd stuffed rice, roasted curry sauce, and fried curry leaves.
THELULI REHI
Crispy fried bait fish from infused with aromatic spices, served with spicy bilimbi mayonnaise is an accompaniment to the traditional Maldivian meal.
MASVERIYA BEYNI MAS
Local reef fish caught by Fishermen is rubbed with coconut and spices, wrapped in banana leaf and cooked on high heat with charcoal is a must try local pla�er.
FARUMAS RIHA
Maldivian curry, seasoned with Chef’s secret spices, and cooked in a thick coconut-based gravy with vegetables including Beetroot.

Grilled grouper served with mashed sweet potato, carrots and Coconut cream sauce
LOGO
The logo represents the journey the Kalhu Odi makes through the inky black darkness of the night, with only the pale light shining from the full moon, illuminating the vessel from above. So the illustration of the boat stands out brightly against the black night.
